My class went out to celebrate the end of the year at the bar…

I did too…only my bar was located at the gym and was set up to do some sick t-bar rows and train back.

Tomorrow I won’t have a hangover, I have to work at 9 am, and I bettered my body…but sometimes I wish I could have the best of both worlds.
